Rich Irish vibe & food to match. Best tasting Ruben, house-made corn beef, imported Swiss on toasted swirled rye bread and delicious side of fries. My son enjoyed the chicken curry over basmati rice and said it was delicious, we laughed that curry isn't too Irish but still yummy! The friendly fast service was appreciated. And the authentic decor made it memorable. Plus a good option food and price close to the more touristy Faneuil hall.

Was recommended by a friend and headed there for our first night in Boston - 8:30 on a Friday and we were able to get a small table in the corner it was great our waitress was super nice her recommendations were spot on and she gave us just enough attention. My husband loved his clam chowder ! We both got a beer and had plenty of time between appetizers and dinner to enjoy the band - the mix was Irish music - and modern with a lot of people dancing and even more singing along. It was so much fun. We didn't get to have dessert as the kitchen was already closed but at 11 when we left they had a line out the door of people wanting to come in so the atmosphere is a huge draw.

Been probably 15 years since I've been here, but still seems exactly the same as I faintly remember it. Somebody once told me it was where the black and tan was invented, but I couldn't recall the story. Just bar talk? Anyway, stopped in for a late afternoon refreshment and got my black and tan.

a classic fun and lively Irish pub! This place was packed on a sat night with bruins fans but the service at the bar was still very welcoming and fast. They had downeast on tap which I enjoyed but I didn't try to food so can't speak for that. I also really liked that there was live music playing. It's definetly loud and a bustling atmosphere that's not for everyone but I enjoyed it for a quick drink with friends as a first stop of the night.

Came here for some food in the afternoon, and the music was a good vibe. Portions were great and the staff was really friendly! Not much to complain about :)

Awesome Irish pub with all your typical beers plus a large selection of food. Their Guinness stew, onion soup, clam chowder and chopped salad were delish! The highlight is the standup bass and acoustic guitar singing duo that truly make this is a great experience! Lots of locals plus visitors singing along having a good time. Plus a couple TV screens to check out the games Safe fun environment with some cool merch too if they have your size. Friendly hospitable service too! A great Irish pub! Highly recommend!

Definitely a cute Irish pub with friendly staff that are from Ireland, which made it even more unique. We stopped in to get out of the cold for a hot toddy, and it was perfectly made. We would definitely come back to try some of their menu items which had a bunch of Irish classics.

We got here at 8pm on a Wednesday (first Wednesday of September) and it was packed. We waited for a table to open up and after about 30 minutes we were seated! I didn't know they had live Irish music every day which was going strong when we walked in. It was very loud so we weren't able to hold a conversation when they were playing, but that was ok. We were able to order a late dinner which we were happy about since the kitchen closes at 9. We both ordered the Irish Trio and we were so glad we did. It included small portions of the beef stew, bangers and mash and shepherds pie! It was all so good!
